Department of Zoning Responsibilitys
The Department of Zoning is responsible for enforcing the regulations regarding building permits and inspecting properties for compliance with the Village of Millbury Zoning Code set forth by the village council. The department also works with the Planning Commission to help make zoning change recommendations by representing their residents. If there is a zoning appeal to the Zoning Code a meeting will be set up by the zoning commissioner to present the appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
