Department of Zoning

The Department of Zoning is responsible for enforcing the regulations requarding building permits and inspecting properties for compliance with the Vilage of Millbury Zoning Code set forth by the village council. The department also works with the Planning Commission to help make zoning change recommendations by representing there residents. If there is a zoning appeal to the Zoning Code a meeting will be set up by the zoning commisioner to present the appeal to the Board of Zoning Appeals.
